In 2006, she gained national notoriety as the star of VH1 network's reality television show The Wendy Williams Experience lending her unique brand of celebrity gossip, criticism, and personal advice to a national television audience.

Wendy Williams left her radio show in 2009 to focus primarily on hosting her daytime talk show The Wendy Williams Show. She is also the founder of Adorn, a popular jewelry brand sold on QVC. Williams was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 2009.
